Team Kline hosted its 80s-themed holiday party, 80s Nights and Neon Lights. With just one month of planning and a $70K budget, the event brought together 427 guests, including employees from all five branches, for a night of retro fun, bowling, arcade games, contests, and employee recognition. As the manager, I led the graphic design and branding conceptualization, oversaw the internal marketing specialist to ensure effective communication with employees, and coordinated the event's successful execution, creating a memorable experience for the entire team.
