- Feedback analysis and continuous content refinement

Each issue is strategically planned to align with company goals, including ESOP education, growth milestones, and cultural storytelling. I manage timelines, oversee design execution, and ensure every page reflects our tone and values. The magazine is distributed digitally and in print to reach both field and office staff.

- Achieved a 4.5/5 average approval rating from employees
- Employee feedback showed a 26% increase in awareness of company news (compared to previous internal communication survey)
